Why Gravity Aviation

01

01 / 04

Certified for aircraft, not adapted from cars

Our lead installer holds System X certification across aircraft, cars and boats. That certification is what makes the aircraft warranty registrable.

The free assessment

Three things in writing before you spend a dollar.

Twenty minutes at your hangar, or from your photos. You get the eligibility check, the paint read and the quote. No obligation.

01

Eligibility check

Manufacturer guidance, System X compatibility, warranty terms for how you use the aircraft, insurance. We tell you if anything rules it out.

02

Paint condition read

What the finish needs before a coating: wash and degrease only, or how much correction. No guessing from a photo of someone else's plane.

03

A written quote and downtime plan

Price for your aircraft, days on the ground, and when the first annual inspection falls. Valid 30 days.

How it works

From a form to a finished aircraft.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the aircraft

Four fields, thirty seconds. We call or text you back within one business day.

  2. Step 2

    Assessment at the hangar

Twenty minutes, or from your photos. Eligibility first: manufacturer guidance, System X terms, warranty, insurance.

  3. Step 3

    Written quote, then the work

Price and downtime for your aircraft. Two days for a small piston, three to four for larger pistons and light jets.

The warranty, honestly

Ten years, in writing, with its conditions.

MAX G+ carries System X’s registered aircraft warranty against oxidation, loss of gloss and UV damage. We put every condition in the quote before you sign anything.

What keeps it valid

  • An annual inspection with a maintenance layer, within 30 days before each anniversary.
  • US-registered aircraft, not used commercially at any time.
  • Registered in the owner's name, non-transferable; claims within 30 days.
  • Not covered: exhaust and fuel-port areas, chips, scratches, salt and de-icing damage, matte finishes.

Where we work

PDK · RYY · LZU · CNI · GVL · WDR · JCA and other airports by arrangement.

Questions

Straight answers.

How long is the aircraft down?

Two days for a trainer-class piston; three to four for larger pistons, turboprops and light jets. The coating then needs 24 hours dry and a week without washing, under a roof. We plan it around your flying.

Will a ceramic coating void my paint or airframe warranty?

We check the manufacturer's guidance before quoting. Some airframes are excluded by their makers for listed serial ranges; if yours is, we say so and stop there.

Do you work on charter or managed aircraft?

Yes. The 10-year aircraft warranty excludes aircraft with any commercial-use history, so we confirm which warranty applies to your aircraft before you decide.

Where do you work?

At the hangar, at any North Atlanta airport. Other airports by arrangement, with travel added to the quote.
